Overview

30NiCrMo16-6

1.6747

Alloy SteelQuenched & Tempered

Ultra-high-strength nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel with outstanding through-hardenability for large cross-sections. Achieves tensile strengths of 1080–1270 MPa (dia ≀40mm) with excellent impact toughness. Very high Jominy hardenability (47–55 HRC). Used for heavy-duty crankshafts, connecting rods, bolts, gear shafts, and critical aerospace structural parts. AFNOR equivalent: 35NCD16.

EN-GJL-250

0.6025

Alloy Steelgrey_cast_iron

Grey cast iron with lamellar graphite and minimum tensile strength 250 MPa. The most widely used grey cast iron grade worldwide. Predominantly pearlitic matrix providing an excellent balance of strength, machinability, damping capacity, and castability. Used for engine blocks, cylinder heads, machine tool beds, lathe beds, flywheels, brake discs, hydraulic valve bodies, and general medium-duty structural castings. Equivalent to DIN GG25 and ASTM A48 Class 35.
